The most obvious change is the length of the back of the chair, which is much longer than normal. The chair starts out in a partial recline, and from there you can get into a position you like. One adjustment to the chair that makes it more comfortable is the extra curve in the back, not present in the management version of the chair. This gives a bit more support to your back, and a little more flexibility overall.
